lightest browser

    Which is the lightest browser? I have used opera, firefox and internet explorer and i dont see big differences...

    OffByOne and K-Meleon are the lightest I have tried, although Opera is also very light and fast. The Opera rendering engine seems faster than the IE and Mozilla ones, but that's on my PC and it could be different on others.

    Another one that is lighter than OffbyOne - I think is:

    Lynx for Windows
    and
    Links for Windows

    but of course there is a catch - being that they are text browsers.

    But for security geeks, that is good. :doubt:

    Come on, who really uses OB1 on a regular basis? It's good for an emergency, or occasional use, but I can't see using it on a regular basis. It's missing almost everything that good browsers like Opera and Firefox have. I understand some people are into security but I would never use OB1 or a text based browser on a regular basis.
