I am looking for a light firewall for my system.

Free would be good. But not Zonealarm, Kerio. I currently run KAV Pro.

    I would like application filtering.

    Any recommendations?

    Hi
Everyone has thier own personal choice.
I have licences for ZAss and a family licence for OP pro, but I am currently running Jetico (http://www.jetico.com/) which has a free licence. Take a look.
I like this firewall, but like I said, everyone has thier own personal choice.

    Regards

i have looknstop on one of my computers and it is very light memory wise, but i have 512mb so it bothers me very littel regardless. its also light on my cpu and seems to impact my internet speed just slightly less than heavier firewalls like outpost which i have on my other computer.

    Hi
I found LnS and Jetico, very similar (rules down to flag level), but with Jetico having rules per app. Both very light on resorces.
OP o.k. but seems to slow things down a bit. (But then again, Win XP to me Slows everthing)

    Regards
