license transfer

I have had Spyware Blaster on my PC for a good while and am very pleased with it. If I recall correctly, when I installed it, the following two conditions were true:
1) I had to register with you at the time I installed it on my PC
2) It had to be for personal use only. Not business/commercial use.

I plan to sell my PC by the end of this year. Assuming I sell it to an individual who is not using it for business, is there any way to simply transfer the license to the new owner? And if so, how do I do this?

Also, when I get my new PC, probably shortly after the new year, will I be able to install your product again using my standard email address that I've used all along - ritsul _AT_ yahoo _DOT_ com? IMPORTANT: I WILL NOT, IN ANY WAY, BE SELLING YOUR PRODUCT to the buyer of my current PC (or anyone else for that matter). I am strictly selling my PC itself.
