My license expires in June 2007.
That NOD32 is such a wonderful product and I am so happy with it, I decided today to renew it from the eset online shop for a period of 2 years VERY VERY well in advance.
Surprisingly , the mail I received specifies that my license is valid till 31st January 2009.
:( I would like to know what happens to my present subscription. o_O

Hi scaa, email ESET (sales @ eset.us) and they will adjust your license to reflect the early renewal.

    Cheers :D

    Thanks for the promptness. :D
I Have already written to customer care ( Case No 13046-CA). Hope that should be enough or do I have to write specifically to sales@eset.us as advised ?

My license has very promptly been extended by another six months.
I think eset should come up with a system whereby this sort of situation is taken care of automatically as in my opinion the database of each customer is definitely unique.
One way would be to seek the current expiration date at the time of renewal.
Thanks eset anyway for the promptness in resolving my case.
