I guess so. Just contact your local ESET representative or the reseller you got it from :)

No. Once you register you'll recieve a new username & password and the clock will be ticking.

Thanks, not a big decision to make then, might as well wait the 5 or so weeks.
Just thought I would get it out of the way but not at that price.

that all comes down to the choice of reseller used, which might be decided by geography. I can categorically state that where we can match up dates from previous licenses, the renewals run so that there is no loss of licensing time. I know other resellers who do the same too.

However - it's NOT always possible to match those dates, but at least in OUR store - the expiration date of the current license is one of the fields in the checkout procedure!

    regards

    Greg

If you purchase directly from Eset, you might want to send them an email stating that you want to renew early. They are not going to shorten your time on your license.

Not correct, so long as you contact the sales office in question they will/can arrange for the license to continue from the annual renewal date of first purchase. We do this all the time for our customers.

    Cheers :D

OK,sent email to Nod32 UK, it redirects you to your "local" country dealer. Waiting for reply.
I checked T & C's and no mention of whether or not license can be purchased early.

I just had to update my NOD. Got the warning about it expiring in the next couple of days. Didn`t want to put it off and paid 27.50 us for it. Not too bad.

Mine is going to work out more expensive, that is a good price, mine is £23.00 plus vat or in my case 35.00 plus vat for 2 years.

    Hi XXXXXX,

    Thank you for your email.

If you renew your licence now, it will include the time remaining on
    your existing licence.

For example, if your expiry date is 19th July 2006 and you renew now for
1 Year, your new licence will expire 19 July 2007.

    Kind Regards

"A NOD32 licence can be extended at any time during the existing licence period. If you renew early the extended period will be added onto the existing licence expiry and therefore you will not lose any cover from your existing licence".

:) I think the best course would be to go on using the present username/password till the date of expiry of the present license and thereafter put the fresh username/password in the update profile. There would thus be no confusion.
I believe the license can be renewed even AFTER the license expires (must be some reasonable time). o_O

It works perfectly with the new UN and PW applied as soon as it arrives.

30 days, however all this is doing is placing your computer at risk from the latest viruses.

    Cheers :D
