License expiration date visible NOW!

Mine just finally showed up today. Unfortunately, its showing the wrong date. I was told on the phone that my licenses would be good until 2011, however its showing a date of 2009 in the GUI.

I submitted a Customer Care Support Request through ESS, hopefully it will be sorted out.

my date was just corrected & I sent a request 2 weeks ago but the date is correct. I appreciate the effort...

 

Beta testing of ESET v3 products ended at the end of September with the official release of ESET AV v3 Home edition and ESET Smart Security Home edition . Business edition is coming this Monday (26th November) .

essbeta username/password should be discontinued after 30th November

It seems that Eset extended this till 31/12/2007.

Seems an odd thing to remove once it worked and was very useful to see.

 

I am not worried , most likely they are doing something as it disappears from all and they will return it back soon

 

Probably to do with extending the validity of the essbeta.

As the starter of this thread, mine is also GONE as of today!

 

I couldn't see mine until today (it's there right now [EAV sign. 2683]). I had a doubt before, because of a discrepancy between the reseller/my info and Eset's confirmation e-mail. And it's been dealt with perfectly, the date is now correct.

I have just helped my cousin buy 3 two-year licenses this morning, and her EAV doesn't show the expiry date, yet, although it's the final Username and password. So I guess it really depends on who and when...

 

Hmmm....It's still not showing in my version (ESS 3.0.566) . Maybe it'll come one of these days?!
