License expiration date after upgrade from nod to ess

    Hello,

    my license for nod32 was good until 25 september 2008, now after i upgraded to ess my license only is good till 15 november 2008.
    They said my license for ess for 1 year would be extended with the months i had from nod32.

    Can anybody help me to solve this?

    Either contact the reseller or Eset (support) and it will be corrected.

    Right, this must be corrected by the reseller you purchased ESS from.
