Well I have this is a officially endorsed forum by Bitdefender, and since you are using their copy writed logo, I think you are. That is nice to know, since others really did them shame. Good luck and prosper.

i think all av's should have their own support forum, and this is just another milestone for bitdefender, which in its own right has a good customer base, and a good product, and now a support forum ... so its all good.

I think it isn't right for the users to stop them from posting addresses because if you post a blog entry about something or a thread from a forum I don't think that Ishould remove your link and copy/paste the story onto my blog/forum whatever just to bring all the users to me.

As I've said there the internet is a free place as long as you don't break some ground rules.
Hope I can still see from time to time and I'm sorry that you misundertood us.

well I agree with you And, because I love this forum, and its admin, and moderators and members, I am a little one sided or could it be the following..

I was told at one point not to come to Wilders, because" They will brainwash you into thinking Nod is the best", well the internet is free and, "unbias". I know, I am about to get into trouble, but it was worth it.;)

Glad to see an official BD forum, and expect that it will be run as an official forum should be.:thumb: The unofficial BD forum caused me to lose interest in BD and everything connected with it.:thumbd:

    Best,
    Jerry

Yesterday, I checked directly with the vendor on this under the "trust but verify" practice and happily received the following back:

"Thank you for your interest in our BitDefender security solution.

Yes, from yesterday, the official BitDefender forum can be accessed at:
    http://forum.bitdefender.com

    Best regards,

    IIIIII CCCCCCC (editing is mine)
    BitDefender Technical Support Engineer"

    Will register there soon.

I am active on the unofficial BD forum and I tried to help people as best I could do and will do.

Good news that there is now also on official forum. Hopefully that there will be now more people active from technical support.

Will there be more people active from technical support? Because I don't received any reply on the topics I made. Maybe it's because the forum is still very new.
