Solution is when you plan to download such big file , temporary disable web protection and/or uncheck the web-browser from being a browser . This will make the web-protection not route the traffic to the local proxy and not scan it for mal code

 

That is a solution but not acceptable in my view.It is also a solution to disable the antivirus completely ,but again this is not acceptable in my view.If other avs work without such cpu usage then to me its an eset bug that eset should fix.

Not to be rude at all, but that is totally unacceptable to someone on broadband. If I were on dialup, it would be ok, since you don't download big things often, or atleast I didn't back then. I have switched back to Avira until they address this with a fix.
