Kaspersky reports a riskware toolbar websearch as well. Looks to me like Nero is doing something...

Nero has added an explanation to the Nero 7 update downloads page. At this stage I have merely downloaded 7.7.5.1 and NOD32 [with the latest update] is still complaining about it. Will there be an issue with NOD32 if I go ahead and install Nero 7.7.5.1?

I just checked the file Toolbar.exe on virustotal, 6 AV's still detect it as adware.

I don't know if u can still install the program if NOD32 removed the file, maybe there is an option in Nero setup where You can choose not to install the "toolbar".

Or disable "Potentially unsafe applications" in ThreatSense scanning options.
If disabled, NOD32 will not detect the file as a variant of Win32/Adinstaller application.
