    Something must be seriously wrong with this build!!! :mad:
    Everything starts up correctly, etc. but when I go to change settings
    to "advanced" it freezes and crashes.

    When it trying to restart, nothing happens?
    No program can be initiated or opened, I can not connect to
    Internet, the network is blocked. o_O

    can you boot in SafeMode? If yes remove Eset and check Windows eventviewer logs for errors
