laptops and bloated software

    I have a Toshiba and as you said i don't see "crap" .
    Maybe there's something here, but everything i found has some use.:thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

    I bought a Samsung recently and although it was loaded with a fair amount of crap and hidden partitions they did provide a windowsXp only disk and a drivers/programs disk so it was fairly easy to reformat and repartition and then install windows and only the drivers/utilities that I wanted.

    That is how all PC manufacturers should do it. Alas, such is not the case. :'(
