Kryptik torjan wont delete

Hi,
after NOD updated the new virus signature today (7 july 2009 signature 4219)
i keep on getting the following notification each 2minutes (check aslo image attached)

VIRUS:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\711547.EXE

THREAT:
a variant of Win32/Kryptik.VO torjan

COMMENT:
event occurres on a new file created by the application C:\Documents and Settings\NAD\qfr.exe. The file was moved to quarantine. You may close this window.

but each time the name of the file changes : 293840.exe or 835283.exe ....
i didn't download anything today or surfed any suspicious site.

Apparently you're using the old V2. Please download and install EAV 4.0.437 which has both detection and cleaning of threats improved. If the file C:\Documents and Settings\NAD\qfr.exe is not detected after installing v4, rename it, restart the computer and send the renamed file in an archive protected with the password "infected" to samples[at]eset.com.
