KIS 2011 Anti-phishing

Why is anti-phishing only available, if anti spam is enabled?.Surely anti phishing should be part of the email scanning module?This seems like a shortcoming to me.If like me you prefer something like the superior spamihilator for sorting out spam and you disable KIS anti spam you also lose anti phishing capabilities too,or am i misunderstanding how this works?

I think it is correct the way it is.
Mail-Antivirus scans for malware in emails.
Anti-Spam checks for spam and unwanted mail.
Phishing links tend to come via spam.

Kaspersky also has anti-phishing in Web-Antivirus, so even if Anti-Spam is disabled, Web-Antivirus can still protect you from phishing websites when you click the link to it in the email.
