    Hi All

I have been using KSoft office pro for sometime but have now encountered a problem, which is:

When I start the Word Processing application or the spreadsheet I am getting an error message preceded by the splash screen freezing. When I click on the frozen splash screen the program loads with the following error message.

"The current user does not have the permission to write in the temporary directory. Please check your system settings and ensure the temporary directory under the current user is available, then restart Kingsoft Office."

This occurs sporadically and I really am stumped on how to solve it.

I have taken ownership of the temp folder and removed read only but no joy. The temp folder I have done this to is C:users\myname\appData\local\temp

Anybody had this problem and know how to resolve it?

    Thanks

    Terry
