I had Prevx on two of my PCs and it has now changed to Webroot on one of the PCs but for some reason, only as 'free trial'. Now, Webroot will not accept my current Prevx keycode because it has apparently expired. It has NOT expired as I renewed it for both of my PCs a few weeks ago. So now I'm stuck with a free trial on one of the PCs, when I've actually paid for it. Any help on how to get the key code to actually work?

You may just need to create an account at Mywebroot which can be found here https://my.webrootanywhere.com/default.asp Then you will be able to sign in, and manage your keys. Joe from Webroot can also manage your keys if needed.

I have had issues in the past where it would show the same key being used on 2 to 3 different PC's when I only had used that Key with 1 PC. For some reason when I would uninstall it, and reinstall in on the same PC it would show it being used on 2 different PC's when in fact I was only reinstalling it on the same PC.

I'm sure that if that does not work then Joe, or TrippleHelix can help you. You may also want to create an account here at Webroot's official forum. http://community.webroot.com/t5/Community-Forums/ct-p/Forums

Thank you both for the advice. I will send a message directly to Webroot's inbox and work things out from there :)
