o_O I received this error message:

    KernelFaultCheck:

    Location %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k

    Registry or Startup Folder: HKLM:Run

Since then I have had my computer crash every time I run a registry scan using either Registry First Aid or Registry Mechanic. So I am unable to use RFA at all and RM, I can use if I uncheck the Deep Registry Scan.

What is the error message I received and can I get rid of the above? If so, can someone tell me in detail of where to find it and how to delete it. Without hurting anything else. Both of the software program techs (RFA & RM) have been very helpful but still have crashes if I use the programs.

I am hoping some smart computer person out there can help this poor old grandma!!!! :'(

    Wouldn't YOU like to know?
Bad ram could be a problem, or you may need to reinstall windows (I had similar problems on a larger scale - much larger scale)
remember to have both RAM and Processor checked out (which could be overheating).
But it DOES seem to be a hardware thing.
