Keriver Image problems

I am trying out Keriver Image again and am having some problems.

Firstly when it comes to the section where you can add comments about the backup I cannot enter any information.

Secondly when you make an image you have to chose whether to make a image of the disk or do a "Files and folders" backup. It seems you cannot extract files from the former image. Other image programs can do this.

Is this the way the program works or is it a demo limitation?

Help would be appreciated.

 

There is no problem to enter information there for me (french GUI).

Keriver Image can easily mount an image/clone that will be workable in my file manager...



Btw, I have the pro licensed version and, so, I am not aware of any possible demo limitation.

I had another look at it.

The comments section does work. I was expecting to be like Acronis TI where it is part of the wizard so was trying to enter in the summary rather than selecting it from the menu. However the space given to enter comments is larger than the space allowed when you view the comments on the selected image to restore.
