Kerio personal firewall 4- does it acts like antidialer

I see that kerio in network security-trusted area controlls the phone number connection, does it mean that it acts like an atidialer?

I never used that feature when testing the program,as you would have to lock it to one phone number for the dial-up connection, but it should work as an anti-dialer. The help file should have more information that feature.
