keeps regenerating files...cant find the host file

i need help with this one...im using AVG and Ad-aware...i have trouble with some files that kept on being generated by another file which i cant find...most of the files generated are Trojans...Downloader.Agent.AS and the like...ive already scanned my pc a lot of times and everytime im done scanning,the files are generated again...i suspect it as spyware...since it sorts of installs EliteBar...and some adult site folders...i dont know how it got in my pc i dont visit adult sites and my pc is firewalled.my problem now,is how to get rid of it.

did everthing as said on the instructions...the virus is still here...ill try the online scans...
