Kazaa

hi,
i installed kazaa on my system on having been attempting to get it off because it also downloaded this best offers thing that pops up all the time on my computer. i have tried uninstalling it through the add/remove and have deleeted all kazaa files on my computer but still get an error message stating

Please do the following:
-close any running programs
-empty your temporary folder
- check your internet connection (internet-based setups)
then try to run setup again

I'm not trying to set it up though. I want to uninstall it so that I can unstiall the best offers stuff as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
