KAV Comparations beteween versions

Hi,

I would like hear comments about the most low resource KAV Version ?

Think that 4.5.094 should be the more light version but don't know.

For me its the latest 5.0 version without ADS (never tried with ADS)

 

5.0.227 is by far the lightest. with or without ADS it makes no difference.

 

AVP 3.5 is the lightest in terms of memory usage; only one running process which takes up about 2MB VM.

However, I have found KAV 5 Personal to be the "lightest" in terms of effects on system performance compared to AVP or KAV 4.5.

This is after tweaking each version to their maximum.

 

Ok, like understand that KAV v5 has less performance impact ?

 

That's amazing...with the same amount of unpackers? prolly the same amount of sigs too...would that be found on the swiss site I presume?...need to check it out and thanx.
me too I believed that the personal is the lightest.
