I bought Kaspersky personal pro 5.0.522 on the recommendation of a firend (maybe the personal would have been better) but when I try and do a full sysyem scan it's saying so many files are password protected and haven't been processed. I can't see a way of fixing this, does anyone know?
    Thank you

You have change the security level to "Max" haven't you? You can do two things, change the security to "Recommended" or checkmark the "Don't ask for password during scan" (or something like that) in the the settings, it's just an option Kaspersky has. :)
