I need to do some online scan, just to check. Kaspersky use Softonic to download the scanner: it's possible ? Must I trust it ?
Online Scan only for individual files: https://scan.kaspersky.com/ but be careful: green/secure verdict does not mean anything, just that probably this file is unknown, but could be malware... so for second opinion I would go with KVRT: http://www.kaspersky.com/antivirus-removal-tool?form=1
Thank you. I only want to check what probably is a false positive of Emsisoft antimalware. I don't understand why Kaspersky in his site uses Softonic.
Some time ago (more than 1 year ago), We asked ourself the same question in Kaspersky Forum, even it was reported... it seems in Softonic there are only some specific free tools...
