Kaspersky IS 2010 Slow Internet

    I have installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 but for some reason it is slowing down the internet. When I go to Google the page is taking about 8 seconds to load. I go to Cooking.com and that is taking about 20 seconds to load. I disable kaspersky and both of those sites load within a split second. The pages on this site are also taking about 20 seconds load.

    Any ideas why this is?

    I have disabled the modules one by one and by process of elimination I believe it is the Proactive Defense causing the problem. Disabling this lets IE run pretty quick, enable and it turns into a snail.
