    No it's not out yet.

    All I see in dl page is the Japanese version.

    It might be based on your location what it shows you.

    Strange, I saw the English version there just about twenty minutes ago, but now I see only the japanese version. Anyway, I'll wait until patch A is out, otherwise it isn't possible to save network rules.

    KL has removed download links from download pages. I do not know the reason of this decision. Download (en links) still works.

    Congrats to KL for CF2 release after a long wait (and several tests/patches). It is already working very well here. Many problems and annoyances are solved now (with patch a and b).

    Pleasantly surprised; returned to KAV/KIS after a few years out as my Bank started to give out free licenses.

    Despite no custom install, you can disable various modules and I am running KIS with File AV, Proactive Defense, Web AV, and Firewall enabled at present. All running as light as a feather.

    Oh, there was me thinking that perhaps it was some pre-install trick that gave you the custom installation etc :p

    CF2 installed with no problem and is running marvellously.

    Well, apart from the sluggish at loading application control.

    Cheers.

    For custom installation procedure in 2011 products, see here: Custom install for 2011, msiexec commandline (Kaspersky Fan Club) (Tanks 3x0gR13N)
    It works very well. Read the instruction/thread thoroughly before applying it. I have used the method for my current installation (CF2) and have skipped Mail-AV and Anti-Spam.

    Application control list now opens smoothly and instantly here (145 applications in its list). I am enjoying CF2 for past two weeks.

    Follow the "Uninstallation of ESET security product using ESET Uninstaller" guide.

    I'll be using 11.0.1.400 until a Finnish translated version of CF2 is available. Although I'd rather use it in English, my parents get crazy about notifications like "Update: Task Completed".

    To be honest I think people shouldn't use uninstallers like Revo Uninstaller for all programs, only as an option if it fails in the normal way. It is better to just follow the ESET uninstall instructions.

    So the best for you to do is:
    1. download and install ESET again;
    2. uninstall by doing the following: Start --> All Programs --> ESET --> ESET [Your Product] --> Uninstall;
    3. download the ESETUninstaller.exe, http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2289 ;
    4. boot Windows in Safe Mode;
    5. launch ESETUninstaller.exe and follow the instructions on the screen;
    6. start Windows in normal mode and install Kaspersky Internet Security.

    Alternatively you could try to skip step 1 and step 2, however Revo Uninstaller might have done harm; which requires you do following the above mentioned steps.
