    Places to look and disable in KAV in order to run properly with other FWs:
    Disable self-defense (if you have Comodo you may defend it from termination with Comodo),
    Disable ports monitoring (you will loose every real-time scanning except memory and file scan, see screeny)

    after above measures you will wish to strengthen your "file-AV", so change "scan mode" from "smart-mode" to "on access and modification" ...
