    Hi - I have a collection of non-copywritten ones [or permission given for personal use] stored in my computer under a specific folder. Then there are sites that you can freely use emoticons, smiles, etc. Here are a few sites to get you started - but be sure to read their copywrite - also, many do not want you to use their bandwidth so you have to download to a CD or floppy or a file in your computer:

    :D I wasn't supposed to post the Nero link - it must have been stored in my mouse ... talk about a "boo-boo"! I totally missed it. :eek: :D Anyway, I have Nero and I was trying to save myself a lot of instructional typing for someone on another forum. If you do a google search for "Ahead Nero" and just check out the links, you will find a manual and that is how I found that link also. I guess my mistake was meant as a reward for you. :cool: I won't remove it and will leave it in case someone else is also looking for it.

    I haven't posted here in awhile, but I liked GIVING the karma cookies. It's a drag not to be able to do that anymore. I'm guessing this software does not allow for it...<sigh> mj

    Karma cookies aside, this virtual place suits the group better, imo. Glowing, moving words in the posts were a trippy novelty...but this palette is easier on the eyes! :cool: mj

    Hey, let’s all petition Paul to bring back an applaud/award system but this time, instead of cookies, it will be bowls of chicken soup. For those of you who are vegetarian, like I was for 12 years, we could have bowls of tofu soup.
