Just Noticed The PM Change

    It may have been done long ago, but for whatever reason I just now noticed the new limit of 100 private messages. I was forever bumping into the ceiling and the new bump to 100 will certainly keep me from always deleting. Thank you!

    In general, I always like to take a minute just to say "thanks." I know it can sometimes be a thankless job administering a forum the size of Wilders. I appreciate all that is done, not only by Mike, but all of the Wilders crew. This is a well-run forum and it's always a joy to post here and most importantly, continue to learn here.

    I have only 50 PM Limit....:'(

    Is 100 PM limit is for everyone or for some special members?

    It should say You have ## messages stored, of a total 100 allowed. Does your say 50 allowed?

    Yes mine is still saying 50....I guess i have not been awarded 100 PM's quota, because i am a regular user of PM...:D

    That's why admin wants me not to be get addicted of PM Drugs...:D

    it could be 50msg for all members who joined after certain date?

    It's a graduating system built into the forum setup. It automatically increases the PM limit (from 50 to 100) when a person has been a member for a certain period of time and has made a certain number of posts. The minimum required for the increase is having been a member for 5 months and a large number of posts. AvinashR, you are getting close to the 5-month window now and have more than enough posts. I think you'll get the increase on May 26.

    The longer the person has been a member, the less posts are required to be eligible for the increased PM limit. However, even being a long time member, the minimum post requirement is still 50 in order to get the increase.
