Just got a pop up saying my Username is no longer valid???

    My license is valid till 1/21/2012
    But i can't update my signatures

    When i click help and verify my license it even says its valid, yet i can't update

    What has gone wrong?

    Please contact customer care via the built-in form. It is necessary to know the following information to troubleshoot the issue:
    1, your username and password
    2, the update server configuration

    This information will be included as long as you leave "Send ESS program information" ticked when submitting the support request.
