Just an Idea

First, let me say that I used Norton Ghost until this latest version ( 9.0) , and I was told by a friend to use True Image . Needless to say, I can't believe I didn't use it any earlier. Now, one thing is missing is a "best practices" tutorial or worksheet. Personally, TI is great, compact, reliable, and simple. Now, I have read some problems that can be avoided and all it would take it would be for some of us who like to tinker and help out the people that are new to TI and hopefully get them to have an alternative.
