Just found this site yesterday. Wow! Plenty of information.

I know this is probably not the place, but if anyone does read the test postings...

How does one get rid of www.searchv.com from being set as IE default home page? I change it, and comes back the next day...

I'm sure the answer is somewhere in this forum...

Thanks and have a great day! :D

    Hi S2pidDog,

Since that is a browser hijack, the best way to get it fixed is for you to post a HijackThis log. HijackThis is a tool that displays startup and configuration information from your system. It is a very good way to determine what spyware is present and it also allows it to be fixed.

The section where we normally review HijackThis logs is privacy problems, so I'll move this thread there now. Please reply to this thread (over in that section) with the full contents of the HijackThis log.

And by the way, Welcome to Wilders!!
