Not turning into another KAV v NOD contest is it?
(they are both two of the best and both have their merits!)

As an XP user, there have been two antivirus programs that added data to my alternate data streams. (Do a search for this topic) One was EZ Trust and the other was KAV. I do not want data written to these streams without my knowledge. True, no harm done. I would like to know when this done though.

    Gents,

This is the NOD32 support forum - other antiviruses can be discussed over on the "other antiviruses" forum. Please stick to NOD32 issues over here - other posts will be removed. No offense intended.

    regards.

I think that in the future NOD will have a similar huge database as KAV, for now NOD had things than KAV and others not had:
    Heuristic; light, speed.

That's OK ;) And for the record: I do believe there are fine other dedicated antivirus forums around - aiming to help out their software users ;)

    For Paul Wilders !!

Why you're moved post 'Darn not as great as everyone thought'? This post was about NOD32 and not about other AV. Yes, this post was bad for NOD32. I think that this forum is only for comments where pepole write sometnig good about NOD, if someone write something bad about NOD you lock post or move to other forum. This is only my opinion.

    Izi,

    Seems you overlooked my explanation:

I'm afraid you'll have to live with that.

Yes, but why you moved this post to other antivirus forum. Post was about NOD32. All posts about NOD32 should be at this forum!!!
