They didn't mean Monster literally, it was said in a more playfully way. Its Kind of a friendly ~teasing~ amongst friends. Thats all.

Post anyway you like ... ~smyles~ are fine in Ten-Forward, but in help forums they aren't generally used; there it's basically just text (Questions & Answers).

Of course not. Using quotes, different fonts, bold/Italic, code wrap ... etc. are all very effective at highlighting points, etc. And as such, are more than exceptable. But smilies aren't used as they tend to distract from what is being said, in those forums.
