    Hi All

I have seen SpywareGuard recommended on a few forums and have it installed on certain PCs.

However as it is a realtime protector I wondered if anyone has any knowledge as to which programs will conflict with it.

Javacool's FAQ for doesn't say much.

    Info appreciated

It has been discontinued and not supported for some time and as such not needed.

A year or so ago I'd questioned Javacool about whether SG was still useful considering (a) no updates in ages, and (b) advances in other products I already had which now more or less duplicated SG's protection. He agreed that under the circumstances, it might just as well be ditched.

If you do already have it, I'd guess you should treat it the same way as Spyware Blaster, make sure you disable all its protection before uninstalling it.
