iz riskware really matterz

hi
i am tired of using kav
one of my fav game iz counter strike ....it needz pod25ins.exe to play with pc...but kav think it as riskware ....how can i play now ..it didnt even let me
to download pod25ins.exe from net and even from cd...msg shown like access denied...any thouhts 2 enter this prog in my pc
anyway iz riskware really matterz?

Funny, I just downloaded that file (Podbot), and I did not get any alerts. Make sure KAV is up to date, and make sure you are not downloading an infected version of the file by accident.

In case it helps, I got it from http://public.www.planetmirror.com/pub/cscentral/pod25ins.exe

 

Axis add it to the excluded files, main GUI settings tab, choose threats and exclusions, and navigate to the file and add it to KAVs exclude list.

Or switching to the standard database, and it shouldn't get flagged.

The box you showed in the screenshot is not from KAV. It is a Windows Explorer error. You can try downloading the file to a different location, or find another mirror.

Oh, and check your caps-lock key

but result waz same

 

Actually, it looks like the kind of message you get when you try to install something and you still have ProcessGuard locked and set to "Block new and changed applications". Pete
