I've read all I could find here about SecThought.E

I had a pop up telling me I have the Trojan and to run my avg to get it, ran the avg and it found nothing, so I was scanning the web for help and found this site, I ran my adaware followed the directions your link spoke of, I installed hijakthis and the log follows, I have turned my restore off and rebooted as I write this, I am using XP thanks for your help in this

Before you start, please move hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
These will end up on your desktop now.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

I thank you for such a timely response to my problem, I have followed your steps and will hope all is well now, I am very greatful for a site like this that doesn't want to take my money to help out when a could be diaster strikes.. you've been kind and a life saver.. can you tell me is there anything more I can do to help protect from the hackers? I have a firewall and virus scan, and I try to be careful where I surf, doesn't seem to help..
BTW my yahoo email account received an email from yahoo, yesterday that it was sending out a large number of virus emails .. this is a side account I use for role-play that I do online, and not used often but the people in that account haven't received any infected mail, is this a bogus attack as I've heard of lately?

I think the email address could be spoofed by some virus. That means they give out a false sender address they find on a infected computer.
Your firewall would no doubbt alert you if you were sending large bulks of virusinfected mails.
