ive been hijacked!

hi this is my first post, because ive been hijacked ive used all the programs i can find to try and deleate it with but nothing works can anyone help? thanks.

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
C:\documents and settings\main\local settings\temp\ <= empty this entire folder; so do NOT delete the folder itself but everything in it
