    what dose this mean ?

......................It is recommended that you disallow system32\services.exe from being able to install drivers, as some programs are (legitimately) using services.exe to install drivers on behalf of the calling program......................

In PG's protection list highlight services.exe and make sure that Install drivers/services is unticked. In most cases you should get a PG alert when a program tries to install a driver or service and make a decision based on that alert ie. if you are loading a new program then you would probably allow that program to install it's driver or service.

No, sms.exe has default settings set by ProcessGuard, you should leave them as they are. Services.exe is a special case that it was decided retospectively should not have driver/service install. :)
