    I updated several Win2003 Server from V4 to V5.

Mirror was enabled and the store path folder for updates it's in a logical partition of the hard disk server (E:\NOD32\Updates).

Trying to update the client, an error message appear : "File not find in server".

Investigating on the server, I noticed that updates files was downloaded in : "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET\ESET Remote Administrator\Server\updfiles\tempMirror" and not in path configured with RA Console.

I tried to change the updates destination folder to another (always in the logical partition) but nothing changed.

    I don't want to download updates in system partition (C : )

This is the status of ESET related services in server:

ESET HTTP Server - Stopped - (Automatic)
ESET RA HTTP Server - Started - (Manual)
ESET Remote Administrator Server - Started - (Automatic)
ESET Service - Started - (Automatic)

How can I solve the issue ?

    Thank you for support

    Hello,

please check if the license file is correctly imported in the product.
Maybe you could delete it and upload it to server again.

"File not find in server" may indicate that the mirror wasn't correctly created.
Clean the mirror folder and run the update (with clear update cache checked).

Are there any files in E:\NOD32\Updates\ ?
