    Hi i noticed a issch i unticked it in msconfig is that oK duz it use alot in start up or should i leave it? what is it..and if i need it can i access it later? thanks MD :doubt:


    Also what do i excately need in start up msconfig?? I've attached a pic of it

    No I think it just means the program won't automatically do updates .
    various programs in your start up dont need to run unless you specifically want them to run at start up, Obviously you want AVG to run because this is your antivirus program but acrobat and nero are not required unless you really want them to start. Normally your start up programs are the critical ones like AV,Spyware,Firewall etc,
