Is this normal? It seems like alot of files weren't opened or had an error message. Possible virus blocking the scan?

Pretty normal scan . The antivirus doesn't have rights to open most of files you list because something (mostly the OS) is in use , password-protected or impossible to open . NOD32 is very informative product . If other products don't show such messages it doesn't mean they can scan these files.

It is not virus blocking that access.
