Is this normal or is a a virus or something..

    Just to make sure because I have never seen it before.
    It's probably not but im just to be on the safe side :)

    in the tray when i hold my mouse over it says IMON: Downloading files
    Imon doesnt download does it....

    It's fine.

    It's just Nod32 telling you that it's scanning a large file that you're downloading.

    It scans downloaded files before passing them to your system, be it an email or something from the web.

    If you're viewing a large file in your Web browser, then you are effectively downloading the file into your temp folder.

    Right click on the popup for some context control or left click to hide them.
