    Hi Legit,

The exact wording of the message from NOD32 would be most helpful and it can make a big difference to what the answer might be. Otherwise, it's hard to advise you.

    Hello,
NOD32 report the virus in a file of your hard disk while Anti-Trojan is scanning?, or NOD32 detect the components of the Anti-Trojan as infected?
If NOD report the virus in a file of your hard disk, it's possible that it be a trojan, however if NOD detect for example the bases of Anti-Trojan as infected, it's possible that it be a "false positive"
Anyway I recommend that if you realize a scan with others antivirus, anti-trojans, etc. disable AMON.
    Best Regards,
