is there a free lunch?

    I have been taking advantage of this forum for quite a while now and always enjoy reading the threads, learning new things about programs I already know and use but also becoming familiar with new software.
    I often use the expert knowledge around here to get some specific advice.

    When reflecting on this board, I was wondering how Wilders is being financed? I hope this is not an inappropriate question but I suppose running this board and providing the bandwidth etc does cost money? I don't see any ads ? Do the various security companies pay Wilders to be given a home here so that they don't have to run a support forum themselves?
