Is RVS 2010 Home still available for download?

Cannot find RVS 2010 Home anywhere.
Is it still available for download?
If not, is it legal to use RVS 2010 Home downloaded last year?

I don't think there is as it is superseded by 2011 version. Any particular reason why still need 2010? If you have 2010 version saved I don't see why you can't use it (bearing in mind there is a newer supported version)

Yes. I like the red R on the toolbor indicating virtual mode on.

Three times I have tried shifting to 2011 and three times I have shifted back to 2010 which is, for simple user as I am, easy & simple to use.

This is available in RSS 2011 as well, but you have to set the option to show this for the Virtual Mode rather than its default setting for when the Virus Guard component is deactivated. To change the trigger for a red shield in the toolbar when the Virtual Mode is off, click preferences > Administration tab > Notify user about protected status when: section > "Virtual Mode is active" option
