Is RegistryProt 2.0 needed if using FC?

    Is there any advantage in using RegistryProt 2.0 if I am using File Checker 1.7.1 o_O

    RegProt provides real time alerts to your screen at the moment a change is made to the specific Run keys in the Windows registry that it monitors. These alert popups allow you to accept or reject the change to those keys individually. File Checker monitors whole files as far as I know, not isolated registry keys so it's a rather different program.

    I use RegProt on my XP system without any problem, it uses almost no resources and causes no conflicts here.
