Is my PC infected

I personally prefer to know that there is a threat in a file detected on the scan and not on the execution.
I went through every setting in eset and turned on everything that wasn't.
Still malware is not detected. Don,t know what to think about the result from
Virustotal as it shows that many other AV programs do not detect threat.
