is Kaspersky all that bad?

    I have been trying to instal Kaspersky 7.0 for 2 weeks, with e mails back and forward to Kaspersky tech support. It fails to load every time. Paid for 2 years antivirus but after 2 weeks we are no where to a solution. Anybody have any ideas. As tech support are running out of ideas . My pc is pretty new dual core with win xp 2 gb of ram and lots more . Seems a shame as been using them for 2 years on version 5.0 ? Thankso_O

    I've been running kav for 2 and a half years with no problems. I'm currently running version 6. When my subscription expires in april. I will be renewing it for another year.
