This question may have been asked in an earlier post, but is it necessary to start up the program when the PC boots up each time? Or is the browser automatically updated with the spyware blocking properties whenever you update it and therefore don't need to start the program each time you boot up the PC?

exactly your last part of sentence. the sites/activex spywareblaster blocks are added to registry - no need to have spywareblaster running
